Your Role

Are you a person who loves to tinker and is a problem solver at heart? Then you might be our next technician! We are looking for someone who enjoys working with maintenance and repair and is ready for the next challenge. In this role, you will work at the component level with various components for the Gripen aircraft. Your tasks will mainly consist of troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and final testing. Documentation will also be part of the job and will be based on our high safety and quality standards. This is a job with great variation where new challenges can arise daily!

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, we see that you are a problem solver with a strong interest in tinkering and working with practical solutions. Your curiosity and technical interest motivate you to constantly discover and develop new knowledge. With your attention to detail, you always strive for the highest quality and precision in your work. You take great responsibility for your tasks and ensure they are carried out efficiently and thoughtfully. Additionally, you have good collaboration skills and enjoy working with others to solve problems and achieve common goals.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school education and experience in practical work, either from previous work experience or from hobbies. If you have an aviation technical education or have worked with component maintenance before, we see that as an extra merit, but it is not a requirement.
• Has good computer skills.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The working hours are daytime, and the location is Malmslätt, Linköping.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
