About the Position

Work location Norrköping

As a technician at Hyresbostäder, you will play a central role in property maintenance. Your main tasks include making thorough assessments of the apartments' condition and identifying necessary actions before the next tenant. You have a keen eye for detail and are responsible for repairs, painting, replacing appliances, and other maintenance work.

In addition, you will perform simpler repair tasks such as fixing fences, repairing locks, and painting. You work in Hyresbostäder's properties and contribute to maintaining a clean and well-kept environment in common areas such as attics, stairwells, and basements.

The assignment lasts approximately from June to August.

Formal Qualifications

Driver's license B
Education or equivalent work experience as a technician, carpenter, craftsman, plumber, or similar.
