Your Role

Do you want a varied role where you can work both practically and theoretically? As a production technician with us, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing maintenance and repair of workshop equipment. You will plan the work, order materials, and calculate efforts when necessary. Additionally, you will support the production teams by managing the purchase of tools and orders from subcontractors. Part of the role also involves participating in the development of test equipment for apparatus maintenance. With us, you will work both independently and in teams within a broad and exciting business area with great opportunities for development.

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, you need to be solution-oriented, proactive, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks. You are a spider in the web who takes responsibility and ensures that things get done. Since you collaborate with many different professional groups, it is important that you are clear and direct in your communication. Experience with machines is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a basic technical understanding, preferably in mechanics, hydraulics, or electricity, as well as experience in maintenance work.
• Has good computer skills.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

The working hours are during the day, and the location is Malmslätt, Linköping.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, it may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
