About the Role

As a field technician, you will work with IT support on-site at customer locations. You will assist customers with various IT-related issues and challenges/tasks. This can involve everything from installing new computers, managing account unlocks, connecting printers, upgrading software, to handling network issues or troubleshooting existing computers and printers' hardware and software. The role requires flexibility and service-mindedness. It is a varied and developing role for those who are passionate about technology and want to deliver first-class service.
