About the Role

As an Operations Technician, you will:

• Work with technical support via email, phone, and on-site at our facilities.
• Coordinate external parties such as electricians, charging station manufacturers, and facility owners to ensure quick troubleshooting.
• Analyze and optimize equipment to ensure maximum uptime.
• Participate in the commissioning of facilities.
• Establish and update procedures and instructions for our stations.
• Act as a super-user of GITO's backend system and participate in discussions for new smart solutions for charging heavy vehicles.

We are looking for someone who

• Has solid experience in operational technical support.
• Is a self-sufficient problem solver who does not give up until the situation is resolved.
• Has a strong service mindset and good social skills.
• Is experienced in setting requirements for suppliers.
• Has a genuine interest in technology in general.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Previous experience working with charging infrastructure.
• Competence in IP communication, networks, 4G/5G.
• Certificates/training in electrical work, such as authorization as an electrician, electrical qualifications, or other relevant training.

Location

The position is based in Jönköping, Gothenburg, or Linköping. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity for another location.
