At Balder, we put people first, and we are now looking for a property caretaker in Norrköping.

What can we offer you? As a property caretaker with us, we offer you a work environment in a smaller team where everyone can participate in providing the highest service to our tenants. The work is independent, and you are responsible for planning and organizing your work to effectively maintain our rental properties while delivering high service. Your tasks include daily supervision of all areas in a property for which you will be responsible. Furthermore, you will also handle maintenance requests, as the position mainly involves internal property maintenance in the form of maintenance requests, repairs, and contact with contractors. This means that you will spend a larger part of your working day in our properties.

What can you offer us? To succeed in this role, it is important that you enjoy meeting people. Relationship building and service are essential since you act as the first point of contact for our tenants. How you have learned to take care of properties is not crucial. Perhaps you have studied, or maybe you are self-taught? What matters most to us is that you are curious and want to learn more! Some parts of your work will be digital, so a certain level of computer skills and familiarity with iPhone is required. You also need to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, hold a B driver's license, and have good physical fitness as the position involves active work. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of electrical installations, HVAC systems, ventilation, and control technology. Does this sound like a job for you? Great!
