About the position

We are looking for an experienced and meticulous diagnostic technician to join our team who has a passion for vehicles and technology. As a diagnostic technician, you will play an important role in ensuring that our customers' vehicles are in the best possible condition by effectively diagnosing and addressing technical issues.

Your tasks will include:

• Checking the correctness of claims during customer contact.

• Distinguishing between user-related issues, design flaws, and technical faults.

• Diagnosing and addressing technical faults within electrical systems, wiring, and electronics.

• Supporting the workshop manager and other staff in diagnosing complex systems.

• Using available systems to effectively address customer complaints.

• Keeping updated on developments in vehicle technology and systems.

• Conducting result checks after repairs.

• Consulting the product service department as needed and answering technical questions.

• Ensuring quick and accurate resolution of technical problems.

• Preventing repeated repairs and downtime through careful diagnostics.

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, structured, and takes responsibility for their tasks. You always deliver high quality within set deadlines and actively seek the information you need. You have a solution-oriented attitude and constantly strive to develop and improve.

You have a positive and professional communication ability and a genuine interest in helping customers. You are service-oriented and enjoy explaining and assisting to meet customer needs. You handle stressful situations with a calm and efficient working method.

As a person, you take your own initiatives but are also a good team player and are happy to help both colleagues and customers. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who wants to contribute to a good working environment.

Furthermore, you should have:

• Automotive technical education or equivalent.

• Previous experience or education in diagnostics is a requirement.

• Experience from an authorized brand workshop is a requirement.

• It is important that you have a willingness to further educate yourself within our specific brands.

• Well-developed sense of service and customer interaction.

• Strong technical interest and willingness to stay updated in the industry.

• Computer skills and ability to work with technical systems and programs.

• A valid driver's license (B).
