About the Role:

As a bus mechanic/technician at our client, you will play an important role in ensuring that the buses are in top condition and can transport passengers safely and reliably. Your tasks will include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining buses. You will have the opportunity to develop in an innovative and educational work environment, and we hope you have a desire to learn and grow in your role.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and repairing buses and their associated systems.
• Performing regular maintenance and service to ensure that the buses meet the highest standards.
• Working with both mechanical and electrical systems on the buses.
• Documenting completed work and following up on any necessary actions.
• Collaborating with your team to maintain a high standard for all repairs and service tasks.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong technical interest and a desire to develop as a technician/mechanic.
• No previous experience is required, but it is highly advantageous if you have worked with mechanics or have an education in the field (e.g., automotive program or similar).
• Is meticulous, responsible, and has a good sense of detail.
• Enjoys working both independently and in a team, seeing collaboration as a key to success.
• Is positive, engaged, and eager to learn new things.
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish to communicate with colleagues and document work.
• If you have experience with high voltage through education and experience, this is highly advantageous but not a requirement.
