At Östgöta Entreprenad, we work with construction projects, gardening, and playground building in outdoor environments. We are now looking for someone who wants to work with internal and external property maintenance for the 2025 season.

In the role of property caretaker, you will work with both internal and external property maintenance, becoming part of a team that manages various properties according to agreements in Norrköping, Söderköping, and Finspång.

Your tasks will include:

• Lawn mowing
• Weeding
• Maintenance of hedges, bushes, and trees
• Internal cleaning of stairwells and laundry rooms
• Other internal and external maintenance.

It is advantageous if you have documented gardening education or experience in property maintenance.

You need to have a good sense of order and an eye for detail to ensure high quality in the finished work. Good communication and collaboration skills with both customers and colleagues, as well as a drive to work both independently and in a team towards common goals.

Personal qualities are highly valued. You must be at least 18 years old and hold a B driver's license for a manual car.

Start is immediate until October 3rd with the possibility of extension.

Full-time 100%, Monday - Friday, and salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
