About the Position

• Temporary employment for approx. 3 months
• Full-time
• Daytime 07:00-16:00
• Work location Norrköping

As a technician at Hyresbostäder in Norrköping, you will play a central role in property maintenance. Your main tasks include making thorough assessments of the condition of apartments and identifying necessary actions. You will conduct troubleshooting and installations in the properties, as well as provide tenants with a professional and friendly response, handling their questions and problems effectively. The work involves planning and performing tasks independently within given frameworks. You will work within a larger area and travel to tenants who need assistance in their homes.

The assignment runs approximately from June to August.

Formal Competence

• Driver's license B
• Education or equivalent work experience as a technician, carpenter, craftsman, plumber, or similar.
