Technical System Administrator at Alecta in Stockholm

Alecta in Stockholm is looking for a technical System Administrator with deep knowledge of the portfolio system SimCorp Dimension!

As a System Administrator for SimCorp Dimension, you will take on a broad responsibility ranging from daily high-quality management to driving the strategic development of Alecta's use of the system.

This is what you will do with us

The main tool for asset management in managing our customers' pension capital of over 1,300 billion is the financial system SimCorp Dimension, complemented by in-house developed and external systems for risk and return monitoring. In your role as System Administrator for SimCorp Dimension, your responsibilities include:

• Managing the system with high operational reliability, good quality, and driving strategic development.
• Providing user support for the business and participating in and driving problem-solving regarding systems and processes.
• Leading the implementation of new functionalities and contributing to more efficient working methods.

Your team and workplace

In this role, you will belong to Alecta's Asset Management and report to the head of the group. In the team, we are four System Administrators who value self-leadership and collaboration, as well as a willingness to share knowledge with each other.

The office is located in central Stockholm, at Regeringsgatan 107. We have a flexible working approach, and you have the opportunity to work from home part of the week.

More about you

We are looking for someone who has previously worked in asset management and has a strong technical background and a good understanding of how surrounding systems interact with Dimension. An interest in finance and knowledge of financial instruments is also an asset, as our work spans the entire asset management field.

As a person, you are communicative and have good collaboration skills, as well as a flexible approach. It is also important that you have the ability to take your own initiatives with a focus on seeking opportunities for improvements and new solutions.

You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
