Are you a passionate IT technician who enjoys helping people and solving technical problems on-site? We are now looking for an Onsite IT Technician who wants to be an important part of our team and deliver high-quality IT support to our customers.

As an Onsite IT Technician, you will be our customer's first point of contact for technical issues and IT-related questions. You will work directly on-site at our customers' locations and ensure that their IT environment runs smoothly and efficiently. Your work will be varied and challenging, and you will work with both hardware and software to provide support to users and resolve technical issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, and network components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site, both hardware and software related.
• Provide support and training to users to help them optimize their work environment.
• Ensure that the IT infrastructure is secure and that all systems are updated and functional.
• Collaborate with other technicians and support teams to solve complex problems.

• Has experience as an IT technician or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on onsite support.
• Has good knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, as well as network management.
• Is a problem solver who enjoys working directly with users and helping them tackle technical challenges.
• Has a structured approach to work and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Has good communication skills and is service-oriented.
• Has a valid driver's license and can travel to various customer sites.
