We are now looking for a 1st/2nd line support technician for an exciting assignment with one of our clients. In this role, you will be an important part of the client's IT support team, helping users with technical challenges and ensuring a stable IT environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, and networks
• Install and configure computers, phones, and other technical equipment
• Manage user administration and access control in various systems
• Document solutions in a knowledge base and maintain technical documentation
• Escalate complex cases to specialists and follow up until resolved

What We Are Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support
• Good knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365
• Good knowledge of Active Directory
• Basic understanding of networks and network security
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to explain technical solutions in a pedagogical manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, CCNA)
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python)
