We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to strengthen our client's efforts to ensure reliable and regulatory-compliant payment solutions in their stores. You will play a key role in driving initiatives in the payment area and coordinating cross-functional projects within compliance, functionality, and improvement work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the store's payment solutions are reliable and meet requirements in prioritized countries

• Coordinate and monitor projects within the payment area
• Drive projects that meet regulatory requirements and improve the functionality of payment systems
• Collect data from previous incidents and facilitate discussions to identify recurring issues
• Support a common understanding of processes and requirements among all stakeholders
• Follow up on process improvements through team feedback, reduced handling time, and identification of inefficiencies
• Coordinate issue management with internal stakeholders and vendors

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in program or project management
• Experience with project methodologies such as Six Sigma or Agile
• Good leadership skills and strong communication ability
• Knowledge and experience in payment solutions (POS, terminals, back office)
• Previous collaboration with payment system vendors Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence
