About the role:

You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications, while acting as a link between the business, IT teams, and external parties.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and follow up IT projects according to project methodology (e.g., Agile/Scrum or traditional project management)
• Establish project plans, risk assessments, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate resources and communication between internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor project status and report to steering committees and management
• Continuously work on improving our processes and tools

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of experience as an IT project manager
• Solid experience in leading both small and large projects in IT/system development
• Understanding of technical environments and IT architecture
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with various parts of an organization
• Excellent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage
