Personal assistance is a service under LSS (The Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following:

• wants to work with our female client in her mid-20s living in Lidköping
• our client prefers a female assistant
• has good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written
• has experience with autism and EP

It is also advantageous if you:

• have experience in similar work
• have a B driver's license
• are a good swimmer
• share the client's interests such as concerts, swimming, and walks

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is approximately 15%. The job involves working on weekends, primarily Saturdays from 11 AM to 5 PM. On certain occasions, the workday may change to Sunday.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.
