Product Manager for Data-Driven Analysis & Governance

Unit's Mission

The mission of the Data-Driven Analysis & Governance unit is to drive the authority's issues regarding data management, information governance, data governance, and ensure the right analytical capabilities and access to information/data. The unit is responsible for the joint collection of information that will be managed by several, we provide master data, create good capabilities within the analysis area, and create the best conditions for access to information.

We also lead the work around information governance and data governance. Our work contributes to the authority's internal efficiency. Our focus is, among other things, to simplify and improve for everyone who works at or for the authority so that they can better engage in the important value-creating work with the customer in focus. We work hard with seamless flows in focus, regardless of the underlying technology!

Section's Mission

The Advanced Analysis & BI section is responsible for the analytical capabilities of the authority that contribute to the possibilities around descriptive analysis, diagnostic analysis, prescriptive analysis, and predictive analysis. We also look at the possibilities around automation and access to information for internal and external stakeholders. Our IT services currently consist of the Qliksense platform and a well-functioning Analysis Portal for external stakeholders.

Job Description

In the role of product manager, you are responsible for the strategic direction and lifecycle management of your product. You are responsible for performing benefit calculations and initiating development. You are responsible for bringing your product to market and for monitoring effects and goals. The work involves many internal and external contact points. Since our digital products are part of a larger flow, it is important that you understand how your product can contribute to the whole or be affected by other parts of the flow. We always work agile and in cross-functional development teams. Currently, there is a development team linked to the products. You are part of the unit's product management and report to the unit manager.

You are responsible for strengthening the dialogue, joint planning, and prioritization around the need for analytical capabilities within the Employment Service's operations. You work closely with the analysis department, finance department, and HR.

Your work takes place in strong partnership within and outside your own section/unit and in good collaboration with our operations. You are part of the unit manager's product management and will jointly with this and the other section managers be responsible for the entire product area's results and development. As a leader with us, you are a role model in living the Employment Service's vision, values, and direction for employee and managerial responsibilities.

The position is a permanent full-time employment that may begin with a six-month probationary period. The placement location is Solna. Basic Requirements for the Position

• Academic education in the field of engineering, business administration, or system science, or education/work experience deemed equivalent for the position
• Experience as a product manager or experience leading IT product development work
• Experience leading development teams
• Expertise in the technology area of Qliksense
• Experience in modeling
