About the role

As a BI Analyst, you will play a central role in developing and improving our BI solutions. You will work on creating new dashboards and further developing existing reports to ensure that the organization has the right decision-making basis.

You will collaborate closely with teams in finance, HR, marketing, and quality to understand needs – and transform them into smart, visual insights. Our self-driven BI team works closely with the business to make data more accessible and useful.

We work agile in eight-week increments with two-week sprints, and you will have a significant opportunity to influence both working methods and technology choices.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining Power BI reports and data models
• Transforming business needs into insightful reports, datasets, and dashboards
• Supporting users and contributing to a more data-driven way of working

Our tech stack consists of a combination of Databricks, DBT, and Power BI – powerful and user-friendly tools that make the job easier and more enjoyable.

Who we are looking for We believe you are analytical, curious, and thrive in a collaborative environment. You take initiative, enjoy solving problems, and understand how data can create business value.

We would like you to have:

• 1–2 years of experience in BI, Analytics, or similar
• Experience with Power BI or other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView)
• Basic understanding of SQL and databases
• Post-secondary education in finance, computer science, or similar
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing – all reporting is done in Swedish

Experience with Python, Databricks, DBT, and deeper knowledge of SQL is a plus.
