We are now looking for a skilled Java/Selenium Tester for an interesting assignment with one of our clients in the Retail sector. As a tester, you will play a central role in ensuring quality and functionality through automated testing in the client's systems and applications.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and develop test automation using Java and Selenium
• Implement, maintain, and further develop test frameworks
• Create automated test scripts for regression and functional testing
• Identify, document, and report bugs and deviations
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality in deliveries
• Perform both automated and manual testing as needed
• Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies
• Set up and maintain CI/CD test pipelines

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in test automation with Java and Selenium
• Solid programming experience in Java
• Good knowledge of testing frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Good knowledge of testing methodologies and processes
• Experience working with testing tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Desirable Experience

• Experience with other testing tools such as Cypress, Appium, or RestAssured
• Knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI
• Experience in performance testing with JMeter or similar
• Experience in BDD testing with Cucumber
• Knowledge of Jenkins, Docker, or other CI/CD tools
• ISTQB certification or equivalent
• Experience in database management and SQL
• Experience working in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
