Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be an important part of a consulting assignment with one of our clients. You will be responsible for:

• Developing AI and ML solutions: from data collection and feature engineering to testing, optimization, and deployment.
• Designing, building, and maintaining large-scale infrastructure for data processing and ML models.
• Writing robust and scalable code according to established software architectures and design patterns.
• Creating tools and components to facilitate work with model tracking, A/B testing, and feature reuse.
• Working agilely in a cross-functional team alongside data scientists and other specialists, contributing to a long-term AI strategy.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• BSc or MSc in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 4 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role
• Experience in developing and deploying software solutions in production
• At least 3 years of programming experience in Python
• Familiarity with cloud-based ML tools (preferably Google Cloud and Vertex AI)
• Solid knowledge of MLOps, ML pipelines, and deployment of ML applications
• Good understanding of various AI/ML techniques and frameworks
• Experience handling large and diverse datasets (batch and stream)
• Comfortable with agile methodologies, teamwork, and data-driven development

Desirable (Nice to Have)

• Experience with A/B testing and model tracking
• Knowledge of automation and tools for feature reuse in ML projects
• Interest in continuously exploring new algorithms and technologies
