Overall Role Description

We are looking for an experienced system developer with a particular focus on designing, developing, and managing integration solutions between internal and external systems. The role involves both new development and further development of existing integrations, as well as close collaboration with the business to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Competence Requirements

Technical Experience

• Solid experience in developing and maintaining integration solutions, e.g., via APIs, REST/JSON, SOAP/XML.
• Experience with integration platforms.
• Good knowledge in backend development (for example, C++, Java, Node.js, Python).
• Strong focus on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), and understanding of data modeling in integration contexts.

Meritorious

• Experience with cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP), particularly in integration.
• Familiarity with standards such as EDI, SFTP, OAuth2.
• Knowledge of security and authentication in integration flows.
• Experience working in agile teams, preferably according to SAFe or Scrum.

• Experience with integrations between BC – Opter - ON-going.

Education
