Technical System Administrator at Södersjukhuset

The IT organization at Södersjukhuset is responsible for ensuring that our IT suppliers deliver services that meet the needs of the healthcare operations in a secure and cost-effective manner.

Our technical platforms are owned, operated, and developed by, among others, the Service Administration, Locum, and Telia. Many of the systems and solutions we use are common across Region Stockholm.

We are now looking for a technical system administrator for the Platform and Application section within IT.

Job Description

The assignment includes managing and further developing systems from a technical perspective to provide optimal IT support for Sös operations.

As a technical system administrator, you will support the business-oriented system management with expertise regarding the system's technical infrastructure, integrations, technical requirements towards suppliers, etc.

You will work closely with architects and IT specialists and form a group with other technical system administrators that together develop the area and operate cross-functionally.

Your tasks include, for example:

Defining requirements for infrastructure and integrations to ensure that the systems are optimally equipped based on the needs of the operations
Establishing management and activity plans
Planning and following up on the budget within your area of responsibility
Monitoring work performed by Sös and the region's suppliers to ensure that the needs of the operations are met
Contributing to a sustainable IT architecture at Södersjukhuset
Leading and/or participating in assignments within IT
Supplier management and contract follow-up

Qualifications

As a person, you are self-driven, responsible, and unpretentious. You enjoy collaborating with others, both within the unit and with other parts of the organization and our suppliers. You have good communication skills and find it easy to build good relationships.

Competence Requirements

At least three years of experience in technical system administration.
Relevant post-secondary education in IT or experience that we assess as equivalent.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious

Experience with systems used in healthcare.
Experience working as an IT specialist and/or technical project manager.
