Job responsibilities

In this role, you will work as a consultant for one of our clients in Stockholm and have overall responsibility for:

• Coordinating projects to ensure that retail payment solutions (POS) are stable, secure, and comply with applicable regulations.
• Facilitating collaboration between different teams and tracking the progress of projects in the payment area.
• Driving initiatives that improve functionality and regulatory compliance for payment systems.
• Collecting and analyzing data from previous issues to identify recurring challenges and establish common processes.
• Evaluating how effectively change management is functioning through team feedback, reduced lead times, and fewer bottlenecks.
• Coordinating problem management with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Qualifications (Must-have)

• 5–7 years of experience in program or project management
• Knowledge and experience with payment solutions (POS, payment solutions)
• Experience collaborating with suppliers in the payment area
• Good understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Agile)
• Strong leadership skills and good communication abilities

Meritorious (Nice to have)

• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Experience in problem-solving in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
• Used to analyzing and improving process flows
