IT Helpdesk Focused on Customer Support at IoT Nordic

IoT Nordic is an Authorized Partner of Geotab, a world leader in Fleet Management that offers commercial fleets the ability to connect their vehicles to the cloud with a triple award-winning telematics platform. We are currently in a strong growth phase and are looking for another person to join our Helpdesk to provide our customers with first-class support.
Your new role
As an IT Helpdesk, you will play a key role in daily contact with some of Sweden's largest fleets, receiving, managing, resolving, and documenting various IT issues from the customer's users. You will have close contact with the customer's super users and assist them with user support, fault reporting, and ongoing license administration. In your role, you will also have a lot of contact with Geotab 2nd Line support, which requires good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form. You will be based in our fresh office in Sollentuna, but physical visits may occur.
You will also train and act as a project leader for implementations that include configuration and data review. In addition to your colleagues, you will have access to a 1st line/2nd line ticketing system, extensive documentation, and processes to assist you.
Your background
We believe that you may either have a background in IT from high school or vocational school, or you have worked a couple of years as IT support/Helpdesk technician and now want to take the next step in your career.
To thrive in the role, you need to have good analytical skills, take initiative, and be persistent when it comes to troubleshooting and problem-solving. We also expect you to have good collaboration skills and enjoy working both individually and in a group, as you may work in various contexts.
Since this is a vehicle-centered system solution, you need to have a good basic understanding of the different types of vehicles available on the market.
To fit the role, we believe that you:
- Have previous experience working in Helpdesk/1st line support or familiarity with working in a ticketing system.
- Have a genuine interest in IT (perhaps you built your first PC early on).
- Enjoy problem-solving and leaving users with a smile on their face.
- Thrive in meeting people and providing support in a pedagogical manner.
- Are structured, analytical, responsible, and enjoy working administratively.
- Have fluent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
- Are unpretentious with a strong customer focus.
