About the Role

As an IT Support Technician, you will work in a Windows/AD environment and assist users with technical support, troubleshooting, and operational tasks. You will be part of a team of three and play a central role in ensuring that the IT infrastructure runs smoothly throughout the maintenance shutdown.

Your responsibilities include:

Technical support and troubleshooting for users within Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, PC installations, printers, and telephony.
Installation, management, and relocation of IT equipment within the refinery area.
Coordination of IT-related activities in close collaboration with the shutdown manager and coordination leader.
Practical tasks such as receiving suppliers and coordinating IT deliveries.
Development of routines and follow-up of IT support efforts during the maintenance shutdown.

We are looking for someone who has:

Experience in IT support and technical user support in a Windows/AD environment. Ability to manage and resolve IT issues for users during an intensive work period. Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365. Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP) and understanding of IT infrastructure. Driver's license (B) (required to work in the refinery area). Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
