We are now looking for two senior project managers who want to be part of our dedicated team that is in an exciting phase of development. The location for the position is Gothenburg or Borås, and you will report to the Local Supply Manager at RISE.

About the role We are looking for two experienced and committed senior project managers to drive local projects from feasibility study to occupancy for RISE as a tenant, and the role is placed within the Local Supply function in the Property and Service department. The senior project manager will be responsible for both small and large projects, with the largest covering approximately 15,000 square meters and involving complex co-location of several operations.

As a project manager with us, you will play a key role in creating purposeful, efficient, and inspiring work environments. You will work closely with various stakeholders and lead project teams throughout the process.

The Property and Service function is under construction at RISE, and there is a great opportunity to influence the establishment of routines and working methods. Planned travel within Sweden is included in the position. The position is classified in a security class.

Your main responsibilities:

· Lead and manage local projects from feasibility study to occupancy.

· Be responsible for project planning, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.

· Operate as a project manager and coordinate and lead project teams.

· Conduct risk analyses and take measures to minimize risks.

· Ensure that projects comply with laws, guidelines, quality, and environmental requirements.

· Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including management, employees, and suppliers.

· Drive change management in co-location projects.

Who are you? · Have solid experience in project management within local projects, preferably from larger organizations with complex projects and many stakeholders.

· Have a strong ability to structure and plan projects.

· Have a relevant university degree or equivalent work experience.

· Experience in local projects within laboratories, life sciences, or complex industries with advanced technical property-bound systems is an advantage.
