As a production engineer with us, you play a key role in improving and streamlining production processes. You work closely with production teams to analyze flows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that create value. The role involves both strategic and operational work with a focus on ensuring quality, efficiency, and sustainability in manufacturing processes.

As a production engineer, you will have an important role at our clients' sites, and the tasks may vary depending on the assignment. Examples of responsibilities include:

Conducting analyses of production processes and suggesting improvements to optimize flows and reduce waste.
Driving and participating in improvement projects, from the idea stage to implementation and follow-up.
Ensuring that process improvements contribute to the company's quality and production goals.
Collaborating with various departments to ensure a smooth transition during changes in production technology or methods.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

Are a university engineer or have an equivalent technical education – or relevant work experience.
Have at least one year of relevant work experience as a production engineer.
Have a strong analytical ability and a natural talent for identifying improvement opportunities.
Have the ability to translate analyses into practical and measurable solutions in production.
Have good computer skills (the role requires work in many different systems).
Have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

If you are proficient in any CAD tool, it is an advantage.
