We are now looking for experienced Technical Project Managers for several exciting assignments in Örebro and Västerås. If you have extensive experience in project management and want to contribute to important technical development projects, we offer opportunities where you can make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive technical projects within the manufacturing industry • Create and follow up project plans, timelines, and resources • Ensure that projects are delivered according to quality, time, and budget requirements • Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure good communication and results • Support and develop project members through coaching and mentorship • Suggest and drive innovations and improvements in project processes • Be responsible for risk management and problem-solving in projects • Report to project management and supervisors about project progress and status

Your Profile

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably from the manufacturing industry • Relevant education as a civil or engineering degree or equivalent • Experience leading complex projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders • Good understanding of project methodology and experience from both traditional and agile working methods • Ability to speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English

Preferred:

• Certification in project management, e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, or IMPA • Experience working in power engineering, defense industry, or automated industry • Experience leading cross-functional teams
