Your Role

You will be located at the Björkborn industrial area, where the manufacturing of missile and support products takes place. The production unit in Karlskoga is largely situated within this area. The role involves working with production planning within one of the Ground Combat Productions departments.

As a production planner, you are the engine in the work of detailed planning and ensuring that manufacturing plans exist and are adhered to according to established delivery times. This is done together with operations, preparation, project management, quality, and purchasing.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing manufacturing orders in IFS/MPS
• Detail planning production based on a master plan
• Material control and ensuring conditions for manufacturing orders
• Follow-up on manufacturing orders and finances
• Participating in various teams as a representative from the production logistics department
• Engagement and participation in LEAN and daily management
• Identifying and analyzing causes of problems that arise and then taking corrective and preventive actions

Your Profile

You are a curious, proactive, and self-driven person who enjoys juggling multiple tasks. You are good at structuring your work, providing you with a solid foundation for planning both in the short term and for the longer horizon. We see that you as a person find it easy to build relationships and are clear in your communication; therefore, we will place great emphasis on personal qualities. In improvement work, you possess high integrity with the courage to challenge and question current working methods.

You have:

• High school qualifications with experience in planning or similar tasks
• Experience with MPS systems, preferably IFS
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Documented education in production logistics is an advantage
• Experience in systematic improvement work, e.g., LEAN
