Your Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced planner who wants to be part of Saab's operations in production planning, material planning, and capacity planning. In this role, you will work in a dynamic environment with varying tasks where you manage multiple processes in parallel and contribute to creating efficient and structured planning flows. Your responsibilities may include:

• Production planning and delivery follow-up
• Capacity and resource planning
• Material planning and order management
• Optimization of flows between planning, ordering, and execution
• Collaboration with various internal and external interfaces to ensure effective planning processes.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a higher education degree in engineering, logistics, economics, or another relevant field. You have experience in planning and/or logistics and good knowledge of business systems such as IFS/ERP and the Office suite. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience in planning work within the manufacturing industry or have worked within a larger organization with complex planning processes. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills who enjoys working in a structured and solution-oriented manner. You are self-driven and proactive and have an easy time collaborating with different functions within an organization. The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
