Your Role

PU Communications develops, integrates, and delivers security-classified communication solutions. We are now looking for an experienced project manager who wants to be a central part of our team and contribute to successful project implementations. With us, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop project teams and play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality. We believe that good leadership is key to successful project execution.

In the role of project manager, you will lead project teams, collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, and be responsible for managing resources, planning, and budget. The role also involves close collaboration with customers to understand and meet their requirements. In an expansive and developing phase, you will play an important role in building teams, setting strategies, and planning the various phases and activities of the project.

Your Tasks:

• Ensure delivery of projects within the given time, cost, and quality
• Analyze and break down customer requirements to create a clear project plan that reflects business and operational goals
• Act as a cohesive force between technical teams, the business, and the customer's perspective
• Ensure effective risk and opportunity management to avoid obstacles and find opportunities.
• Manage internal and external communication and maintain good working relationships.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with solid experience in project management, preferably from technical or defense-related fields.

To succeed in this role, you need to be self-driven and proactive. You have the ability to create engagement among your project team members and motivate them to achieve your goals together. You can handle complex information to make correct trade-offs, make decisions, and prioritize resource allocation.

As a project manager, you focus on results while being a team player with a good ability to collaborate. You are confident in yourself and can easily adapt to changing circumstances. To succeed in this role, you have a structured approach and the ability to create order and clarity for your colleagues.

Requirements for the Role:

• Relevant university or college education
• Several years of professional experience in project management, program management, or another equivalent role, preferably within a technical or defense-oriented area
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has security classification requirements, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.

Travel both nationally and internationally may occur.
