In a collegial learning environment, you have a central and important role by guiding and coaching, as well as contributing knowledge about research and proven experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a qualified special educator with a focus on developmental disabilities and has extensive experience in teaching within the adapted primary school.

For the role of lead teacher, you should also demonstrate the following:

  • have shown a particularly good ability to improve students' academic results and have a strong interest in developing teaching.
  • be assessed by the principal as particularly qualified for teaching and tasks related to teaching.
  • be a teacher with four years of certified teaching experience.
  • be able to document at least four years of well-regarded work within the school system.
  • have a good ability to drive school development based on the school's systematic quality work.
  • have developed analytical skills.
  • have the ability to be a driving force in a collaborative culture.
  • have a good ability to lead others in collegial learning at both local and overarching levels.

To succeed in your role, it is important that you have a good ability to create conditions for learning to occur, both for students and colleagues.

You have the ability to explain problems and information to different audiences and from different perspectives. You encourage dialogue, participation, and engagement. You stay updated through environmental monitoring and regularly reflect on what needs to be developed in your operation.

You can overview your own area of responsibility and place the significance of your own operation in a larger context. You can effectively identify and analyze the core of a problem and suggest possible solutions. You have the ability to see connections and can draw logical conclusions from limited and/or complex information.

Warm welcome with your application!
