Preschool Teacher with Experience in Outdoor Education for Småtrollen Preschool in Askim!

Småtrollen Preschool in Askim is looking for an engaged preschool teacher with experience in outdoor education. Our preschool, located in Western Gothenburg, is a parent cooperative that has a unique proximity to both the sea, nature, and the city. We are proud to be certified within the Green Flag program and implement their pedagogy in our daily work. We value collaboration with parents and our staff to create a pleasant and stimulating environment for the children.

About us: Our operations are characterized by proximity to nature, which we integrate into our pedagogical work, drawing inspiration from the outdoor association's Mulle activities. We explore the marine life of Askim Bay and take forest walks to inspire learning about our environment and sustainability. At our preschool, we also work a lot with gardening on our grounds, and we have two rabbits that are part of our operations. In addition to being close to nature, we also have easy access to the library.

Job Description: As a preschool teacher at Småtrollen Preschool, you will work closely with both colleagues and children in age-integrated groups from 1 to 5 years old. We place great importance on following the curriculum's goals and continuously evaluating and developing our operations. Collaboration between departments and staff is crucial to our success.
