The Education Administration is responsible for the municipality's childcare and educational activities from preschool and leisure to preschool class, primary school, adapted school, high school, adult education, and various commissioned training programs. Welcome to Öjersjö Brunn! We are a school located in Öjersjö surrounded by beautiful forests and nature. At the school, students from preschool class to grade five attend. At Öjersjö Brunn, we work in smaller buildings and appropriately sized teams where teachers' workplaces are among the students, so that everyone is seen and has the opportunity to develop according to their conditions. The school's staff is knowledgeable, engaged, and at the forefront of developing teaching to enhance our children's learning.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for committed and driven teachers in leisure homes or leisure pedagogues who want to help develop our leisure activities. You will work together with other educators in leisure and primary school teachers to create a safe, fun, and educational environment for our students.

You will:

• Work in student groups in both school and leisure home
• Support students in their daily lives and individual development
• Plan, implement, and follow up on leisure activities together with your colleagues
• Contribute to a good working climate and collaborate with students, guardians, and staff
• Develop and improve the activities through systematic quality work

You will work together with other teachers in leisure as well as primary school teachers. Together with the team, you will organize the learning process from planning and implementation to systematic follow-up. It is important that you believe in collegial learning and a working method where experiences are shared and everyday events are reflected upon together, all with an open attitude towards what others think and feel.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher in leisure homes or trained leisure pedagogues. If you have previous experience in pedagogical work within leisure homes and experience working with children in need of special support, we see it as meritorious.

We are looking for you who are comfortable taking responsibility for the activities and work independently while seeing the value of close collaboration with colleagues. You are secure and quality-conscious in relation to pedagogical work. Your commitment and drive permeate your work, and you have a genuine interest in educational activities.
