Körkoncept Driving School is growing and is therefore looking for a driven and committed colleague.

Körkoncept Driving School started on August 2, 2021, and provides training for license category B. We will soon also offer Risk Training Part 1 and Introductory Training at the driving school.

Our ambition is more than just helping our students obtain a driver's license. Therefore, we want to educate our students to be conscious and safe drivers who feel secure in traffic on their own.

We achieve this together on the journey to the driver's license by offering each student a unique and personalized plan based on:

- The student's level

- The student's needs, and

- The student's wishes

Moreover, at Körkoncept Driving School, we happen to be really good at what we do and also have fun along the way.

You who are applying should be a qualified driving instructor for license category B who meets the requirements of the Swedish Transport Agency.

To succeed in the role of driving instructor at Körkoncept Driving School, it is important that you are passionate about your job, flexible, and enjoy teaching.

You focus on the student and have the ability to adapt your teaching style to each individual's needs.

You have patience and the ability to build relationships.

Building the student's confidence as a driver, making the student feel that the driving lessons are rewarding and educational, as well as ensuring that the student enjoys and finds it fun to practice driving at the driving school, is something you consider essential as a driving instructor.

Your goal is for every new student who starts practicing driving with you to complete their driver's education so that you together reach the goal of obtaining a driver's license. For you, it is natural to keep many balls in the air and to monitor your students' education and assist them with planning driving lessons, etc.

Furthermore, it is important that you are a team player who collaborates with all staff to create a safe and pleasant workplace.

Preferred merit is if you can also educate in Risk Training Part 1 and Introductory Training, but this is not a requirement.

Körkoncept Driving School is a member of STR and has a collective agreement.

We apply a 6-month probationary period.
