The Gothenburg Primary School Administration is one of the largest school administrations in Sweden. We are responsible for the city's municipal schools from preschool class to grade nine, adapted primary school, cultural school, and after-school care. The administration has 138 municipal primary schools where nearly 47,000 students attend school every day. The entire administration has about 9,700 employees who work together to develop and take care of the operations - together we pave the way for the school of the future.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Brunnsboskolan is a K-9 primary school located at Brunnsbotorget in Hisingen. There are very good bus connections with only a 5-minute journey from the Central Station. Our goal is for Brunnsboskolan to be a school where students, staff, and parents thrive and share a common responsibility for creating good conditions for learning and learning environments. We want our students to feel safe, seen, and respected at Brunnsboskolan. You will be an important part of that work.

We are now looking for a teacher with the subject combination of Swedish and German for Brunnsboskolan grades 7-9.

You will work with competent and engaged colleagues and wonderful students. You will be part of a goal-oriented and creative team and collaborate with the student health team and other professionals and functions at the school. All students have Chromebooks as a pedagogical tool.

You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching and collaborating with your colleagues and participating in our joint school development work. You have a holistic view of students' development, health, and learning. In addition to teaching, tasks include documentation, assessment, and contact with guardians. You will utilize the school's knowledge and gladly contribute your own knowledge, previous experiences, and to development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a certified teacher who is qualified to teach Swedish and German grades 7-9. As a teacher, you contribute to an environment where students and staff can feel safe, thrive, and grow with their tasks and responsibilities.

You have good pedagogical skills, and we expect you to see each student from a holistic perspective and have a positive view of students.

You have a good and respectful approach based on the equal value of all people, you are structured and take responsibility for your work, you see the value in collaborating with others, and you create trust and joy in the groups you lead.
