The administration has about 7,000 employees who work together with the children's learning and development at the center. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a preschool teacher with a great interest in children's development and learning? We are looking for someone who is responsible and has the child in focus.

The preschool is located in a quiet area in Bagaregården and consists of four departments. The position is in a department with younger children aged 1-3 years. There is good collaboration across departments in the preschool, and we use storytelling as a common method. In recent years, there has also been an investment in language development methods. As a preschool teacher with us, you will work together with other preschool teachers to ensure the quality of education by being proactive in pedagogical methods, as well as analyzing and discussing children's learning processes and evaluating them. Your pedagogical leadership for the work team, the children, and the quality of education is of great importance.

You will, together with your colleagues, work to offer an education of high quality where we reflect and drive development in the preschool forward. We are open and curious about children's needs and different interests and design the educational training, teaching, and environment based on that.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a qualified preschool teacher and has good knowledge of the responsibilities and tasks of a preschool teacher. If you have a few years of experience in the profession, that is an advantage. We would like you to have experience in leading teaching and be used to working in a team where collaboration and development are central. You, who are applying, must be fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing.

If you are a newly graduated preschool teacher, you will receive a mentor upon your employment. The mentor is part of a central group and is tasked with helping you get a good start in your professional life with us.

For us, it is important that you have a positive and open attitude and base your planning and implementation of teaching on each child's interests and needs. You are a responsive and relationship-building person who sees the value in building good relationships with both children, colleagues, and guardians. You understand the importance of actively listening and seeking others' opinions to create an inclusive and respectful work environment.

In the role of preschool teacher, it is crucial that you can work together with others to develop the preschool's education and achieve common goals. You are solution-oriented and have the ability to think innovatively and suggest improvements that are implemented in practice. The work also includes documentation and analysis of teaching in our systematic quality work, where we constantly strive to improve and develop our operations.

As a person, you gain energy from supporting and contributing to others' learning. You create conditions for children's development by encouraging participation, dialogue, and engagement, and you have the ability to explain information in a way that suits different recipients.
