Villa Brunnby is a premium facility with 39 hotel rooms, and we will soon expand with an additional 16 suites. We are proud members of Countryside Hotels and known for our high guest satisfaction.

We are growing and by midsummer, our sister hotel Nackarpsdalen Gästgiveri will open at the foot of Söderåsen National Park.

We are now looking for a service-oriented and dedicated hotel receptionist who wants to be part of our team.

About the role

As a hotel receptionist at Villa Brunnby, you are the guest's first impression – and their last memory of us. We are looking for someone who is passionate about personal service and loves to create unforgettable experiences. You will be responsible for enhancing the guest experience before, during, and after their visit.

The position involves both proactive and reactive work in a dynamic combination of operations and administration, where presence in operations will always be your top priority.

Working hours: Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays according to schedule.

Your main responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Handling bookings and inquiries
• Answering calls and emails
• Coordinating conferences and group bookings
• Sales and upselling at the reception

Who are you?

• Positive, solution-oriented, and proactive
• Communicative and fluent in Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Have an eye for detail and quality
• Experience with the booking systems BookVisit and VisBook is a plus but not a requirement
