RM recruit is looking for an operational leader in the Dining Room on behalf of a client in the heart of Malmö.

We are looking for someone with experience working in an operational role with leadership qualities who can take responsibility for a small team of waiters and ensure that tasks are completed, manage the operations with schedule planning, and introduce new concepts.

You are a team player and will work closely with the head chef and other departments.

The work is distributed during the day with some evenings. You have the freedom to plan your schedule but must also be available according to the needs of the business in the evenings.

The position is part-time to begin with and aims for direct employment with the client company.
