Eriksberg Hotel & Nature is looking for experienced chefs!

Eriksberg Hotel & Nature's operations in Karlshamn continue to grow, and we are now helping them expand their skilled team with more experienced chefs, who together with our culinary leaders Peter J Skogström and Linus Hornwall will develop the business!

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the restaurant industry who is passionate about creating outstanding dining experiences for guests. At Eriksberg Vilt & Natur in Karlshamn, you will:

• Work in a dynamic kitchen team and contribute to developing and improving menus.
• Ensure that the food meets the highest quality standards and is presented in an appealing manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide our guests with a complete experience.

The position is a permanent employment at 100% with a probationary period.

Working hours include evenings and weekends, so it is important that you are comfortable with that. A B driver's license and access to a car are also required for the position as you need to be able to commute to and from the workplace, which is located just outside Karlshamn!

If you are considering commuting initially, there is an opportunity to arrange overnight accommodation.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for:

• At least two years of experience as a chef
• An organized and creative problem solver who can handle stress and maintain a positive attitude.
• Driven, takes initiative, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible with varying working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in the culinary kitchen
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and English spoken.
• Possession of a B driver's license + access to a car is a requirement for the position
