Rm recruit "recruit more" is looking for 2 partners for 2 chefs or sous chefs ready for the next step to 2 workplaces in central Malmö.

Job Responsibilities: Leadership and operations: Lead and motivate kitchen staff to create a positive and efficient working environment.

Menu Development: Plan and create innovative menus focusing on local and seasonal ingredients with the right taste experience.

Finance and Administration: Responsible for purchasing, budgeting, and cost control.

Collaboration: Close collaboration with other departments to develop the business and ensure sustainable and efficient operations.

Qualifications: Experience: as a sous chef or head chef, at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Education: Trained chef with good knowledge of food hygiene and self-control.

Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate staff. Enjoys operational leadership.

Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to plan and lead clearly.
