At Fiskhuset, guests come to both dine in our restaurant and take home prepared meals or fresh ingredients.

We want to provide guests with a much greater experience than just the meal itself, so we are looking for someone who has a passion for service, shows genuine care for guests and colleagues, has a strong interest in food & drink, and enjoys working meticulously and organized - even under stress.

With a couple of years of experience as a chef and/or cold kitchen worker in a restaurant kitchen, you are confident in your professional role, with a good grasp of the basics of classic Swedish cuisine.

Previous experience with seasonal work or other projects with varying workloads is a merit.

The job mainly consists of preparation and cooking of the menu's wide range of dishes and products from the sea. In the store's delicatessen and fish counter, there is a large assortment of fresh fish, seafood, prepared dishes, delicacies, smoked products, and accompaniments that need to be produced daily.

The work also includes all daily routines, tasks, and responsibilities associated with a chef/cold kitchen position.

Training and supervising kitchen assistants is an important part of the job, and something you hopefully have previous experience with and enjoy.

At Fiskhuset, collaboration is key, so we often work across boundaries, are flexible, supportive, and work closely with other departments.

We believe you are an open and *very* social person, who finds it easy to talk and is easy to talk to, as we have an open kitchen with a food bar.

We are constantly developing and working together to make it easy for guests and employees to succeed.

Fiskhuset is open from Easter until the end of September, and we hire continuously based on seasonal needs. Your working hours vary depending on the season.
