What does the role entail?

As Bistro Team Leader, you are responsible for leading the bistro and ensuring that operations run smoothly according to our concept. You are an active part of the team and participate in everything from food preparation and serving to sales, dishwashing, and cleaning. Your main responsibilities include:

• Distributing and coordinating tasks within the bistro team
• Ordering ingredients and ensuring that storage and handling follow guidelines
• Promoting the sales of our bistro products and contributing to a pleasant guest experience
• Introducing and training new bistro staff to maintain a high service level

In this role, you are also expected to be flexible and support other departments as needed. For us, the guest experience is at the center, and we work together to solve the day's challenges with positive energy.

Who Are We Looking For?

We prefer that you have experience in the café, restaurant, or fast-food industry. If you also have education in hotel and restaurant management, that is a plus, but your personality is the most important! We are looking for someone who can inspire both guests and colleagues and who thrives in a dynamic environment. You are adaptable, remain calm in stressful situations, and appreciate a structured way of working.

You need to be able to communicate in both Swedish and English and have a positive attitude that spreads to the entire team.

Conditions

We are looking for a Bistro Team Leader for the summer season of 2025. The role is a seasonal full-time position (40 hours/week) during weeks 25-32 and includes working evenings and weekends, in accordance with the collective agreement for the hotel and restaurant industry. In the spring, we offer training that we hope you will participate in.
