We are a family-owned business with a background in the street food industry. Since 2020, we have operated a restaurant in the Blekinge archipelago and have just opened a new one at Dockan in Malmö.

We offer a fairly broad à la carte menu with a strong focus on fish. Many classics such as whole fried plaice, fish and chips, mussels, etc.

Simple, hearty portions in a casual setting with the ingredients in focus. No interest in fine dining or clever twists on the dishes.

We also make our own pasta, gelato, and bread, of course.

We are looking for both a part-time cook and a kitchen manager responsible for scheduling, orders, kitchen economy, etc.

We have two food trucks in addition to the other restaurant, so we are looking for someone ready to take on significant responsibility for this unit.

We are a small, relatively young company, even though we have been in this business since 2014. Personal chemistry is, of course, very important to us.
