The Radisson Blu Hotel in Malmö is conveniently located 5 minutes’ walk from the city center. Every room in our Malmö hotel measures 43 square meters minimum, giving our guests the space to re-energize and make themselves at home. Our 229 comfortable, modern rooms are twice the size of an average standard hotel room.

Guests don't have to leave the hotel to enjoy an exceptional culinary experience. They can savor Swedish and international favorites in front of a roaring hearth in our restaurant Thott’s, which is nestled in one of Malmö’s oldest half-timbered houses. After dinner, they can let the evening unfold in style at our chic Lobby Bar.

The Front Office Manager Role
Our front office team is the heart of the house, providing a warm welcome and happy smile, and where we strive to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests.

  • Our Front Office Manager love the hustle and bustle of life! It’s not just about check-in and check-out. It’s about everything in-between.
  • You will manage our front office team and lead by example, ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level.
  • You will exude patience, empathy and have the personality to host the show, whilst managing budgets and inventory.
  • Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution.
  • You will be expected to occasionally and in low season to step in to operations.
  • As an integral part of the management team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department.
As Front Office Manager, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!

Qualities We Are Looking For In Our Front Office Manager

  • Proven experience in front office with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude.
  • You are a natural and hands-on leader and have a passion for developing your team.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Passionate about creating extraordinary service.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required and proficiency in a Scandinavian language is beneficial.
