Hello!

We at Team Oki Doki in Bunkeflostrand are looking for a new member to join our wonderful team.

We focus on quality ingredients and solid craftsmanship and are looking for someone with experience for a full/part-time position by agreement.

The work involves evenings/weekends, both busy and quiet periods, and requires skills in filleting fish, preparing conventional Japanese dishes such as sushi, udon, tempura, and gyoza, as well as meeting deadlines.

If you also know European cuisine and Swedish home cooking, that is a clear advantage since we work closely with our sister restaurant Public Eatery, which is right next door.

Of course, you enjoy keeping your surroundings clean and being a joy-bringer among your colleagues.
