Smygehus Havsbad is the charming hotel with great food at the southern tip of Sweden. Here, you are always close to nature and the sea; we have our own beach meadow and bathing dock! Our conference rooms all have sea views, and when you check in at our hotel, you get your own beachside house. We have built 14 new hotel rooms, of which 10 have sea views, and 41 houses on the property. We also have a gym, pool, sauna, and spa treatments, and we offer yoga. The facility is open 7 days a week.

We are looking for someone with a twinkle in their eye and service in their heart. We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in hotel work, preferably at the reception, and you should have experience with booking systems, preferably Jupiter. Important qualities for the position are that you thrive in an environment with a wide variety of tasks, are flexible, and solution-oriented. You handle stressful situations with calm and prioritize the right tasks.

Being a responsible, self-driven, and caring colleague is a given for us. We are a medium-sized hotel with very close cooperation between departments, so it is very important that you find it easy to collaborate. Our goal is to exceed the guest's expectations. Experience from other service professions is an advantage. The tasks consist of staffing the reception, answering phone calls and emails, checking in and out hotel guests, quoting conferences, and welcoming conference guests. Receiving restaurant bookings and selling gym memberships are also part of the job, along with various other tasks that occur in a hotel/restaurant.

Experience in marketing is a plus.

We are looking for someone with good computer skills and excellent guest contact. You are passionate about service and are always ready to arrange the little extras to enhance the guest's experience. You work in a structured and efficient way so that all our future guests feel valued.
