Do you dream of working in an environment where high service and a passion for food and drink are at the center? Strandvillan in Ljunghusen is now looking for an engaged and service-oriented 1st Waiter to help create memorable experiences for our guests ahead of the summer opening.

As a 1st Waiter at Strandvillan, you will be the right hand of restaurant manager Jeanette and a key person in our team. Your role involves ensuring that every guest feels welcome and receives an exceptional service experience. You will work both evenings and during the day, with a primary focus on delivering high guest service during the evening service.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist the restaurant manager in daily operations.
• Ensure a high level of service and a positive atmosphere in the restaurant.
• Be a role model for other serving staff.
• Welcome and guide guests, as well as manage bookings.
• Ensure that the restaurant is representative and well-prepared.
• Actively contribute to the development of our service concept.
• Handle cash management and ensure accurate payments.
• Have good knowledge of our menu and drinks and be able to recommend drink packages.
• Help train and introduce new staff.

• Has previous experience in service in a restaurant environment, preferably at a higher level.
• Is a natural leader with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Has a genuine interest in food and drink.
• Is flexible and enjoys working both evenings and during the day.
• Is meticulous, organized, and has a strong sense of detail.
• Is a cheerful and positive person.
