Experienced Chef for Lebanese Restaurant

We are looking for an experienced and passionate chef for our Lebanese restaurant! Are you a chef with experience (preferable) in preparing Middle Eastern dishes and want to be part of our dynamic team? Then this could be the perfect position for you!

About the Position

As a chef at our restaurant, you will be responsible for preparing authentic Lebanese dishes for both our lunch guests and evening events. The position encompasses 80-100% and the work takes place during daytime on weekdays as well as some weekends. We are looking for someone who can work independently while also being part of our wonderful team.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a chef, preferably with a focus on Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a wide variety of orders.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to work efficiently during stressful periods without compromising quality.
• A genuine interest in cooking and service, as well as a desire to contribute to an authentic dining experience.
• Flexibility to work both weekdays and some weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Lebanese dishes.
• Ensure that the kitchen is well-organized and that all dishes are maintained at the highest quality.
• Be responsible for keeping the work area clean and following applicable food safety procedures.
• Work together with our team to ensure efficient service and a good working environment.
