We are now looking for substitutes for our kitchens in elderly care and within the child and education administration. Perhaps you are the one we are looking for? We are looking for someone who can work full-time during the day and on weekends. As a chef, you will be offered a varied job in a team where everyone helps with all tasks in the kitchen. To be able to prepare good and safe meals for our guests, you need to be skilled and meticulous in your craft. In your daily work, you will have many contacts with colleagues and residents, so it is important that you can communicate well in Swedish.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role:

• You have a culinary education, or a relevant apprenticeship or other skills that we assess as equivalent. To succeed in this role, you should have a couple of years of experience in the industry.
• You need to have good knowledge of various cooking techniques and common food allergies.
• You are self-driven and quality-conscious in your work.
• Meals are an important part of our residents' daily lives, and cooperation between the kitchen and other professionals is the foundation of the operation, which is why we place great importance on your social and communicative skills.
• Since you handle allergies, recipes, and ingredient lists, good knowledge of Swedish is required.

Meritorious:

• Experience with Proceedo or other e-commerce systems
• Experience working with Matilda or other dietary data systems
• Basic knowledge of the Office package
• Driver's license B and access to a car

JOB DUTIES

• Preparation and cooking of meals, including special and texture-adapted diets
• Dishes, cleaning, serving, and self-control
• Administrative tasks related to the kitchen
